I thoroughly disagree. To my mind, one's sexual self is nothing special, an entirely neutral fact about one's self that is no more noteworthy than eye colour or shoe size. To give it any more weight than that is to build more of a vast deal of it than it actually is.
While I would not endorse forcing someone out of the closet against their will (unless they are actively working against LGBT interests while in there), my argument would simply be as above - "Why wouldn'tyou come out?" In a recent interview with Bustle, ‘The Boys’ star Chace Crawford gets intimate after sharing personal anecdotes and facts that may be unknown by even the biggest of his fans.
The 36-year-old actor alluded to a hard breakup in the past saying, “When we all go through a tough breakup or the death of a family member, what do you turn to?”
“A lot of times it’s poetry, you know what I mean? It’s a book,” Crawford stated to answer his rhetorical interrogate. He also says that practicing Transcendental Meditation, which he does, is like a “natural Xanax.”
