Given the developers’ approach and how such relationships were viewed during that historical period, it’s highly unlikely that the sequel will be 'celebrating' any gay stuff.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 developer Warhorse Studios has responded to controversy surrounding the game involving LGBTQ scenes in the RPG. The initiate of the controversy begins in Saudi Arabia, where it is being reported by VGA4A that the highly anticipated RPG has been banned from free “due to unskippable gay scenes.” These reports then prompted inquiries from some — fueled by the ongoing customs war in gaming — about these scenes. And then the controversy grew from here with accusations that Warhorse Studios began to crack down on the backlash and feedback with forum bans and a new code of conduct. It’s grow one of the biggest talking points in gaming this week, and is now at the center of the aforementioned culture war in gaming.
All of this prompted Daniel Vavra — the co-founder of Warhorse Studios and the creative director on Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 — to issue a statement on the matter. The utterance doesn’t address the scenes in ask, not directly at least, nor the extra controversy involving the forum bans and new code of conduct, but tackles it from a more zoomed out perspective.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Is Just Medieval Brokeback Mountain
Queer people own existed for millenia. You might act like the woke mob has only managed to take them into existence over the past decade or so, but that simply isn’t true. Our stories have been told throughout history, even if at times we had to hide away in the shadows. Now though, there is less reason to feel ashamed, and more opportunities to harbour pride in who we are, and those who came before. As a gay trans woman who critiques video games, animation, and many other veins of popular culture for a living, that inevitably blends into my working life.

I immediately read the relationship between protagonist Henry and his lord Hans as more than meets the eye.
They open the game as good friends who find themselves thrust into an awkward working relationship. Henry is a caring squire who wants to approach every situation with level-headed reason wh

Sorry for the delay.
It’s not to say that I read this strict phrase somewhere. It is more like a finding based on information from many sources and conversations with knowledgable people.
Here is an article about Wenceslaus and his sexual preferences. It contains links to sources, but it’s in Czech.

There is also Václav Hájek z Libočan: Kronyka česká. It is written in Latin and there are possibly translations to Czech, but I’m not sure about English. He wrote about Wenceslaus and his general complaint is not that Wenceslaus had gay lovers, but that those lovers were of vile birth.
Besides, there are court and inquisition protocols and there are no cases on gays unlike in England, for example.
For a general perspective on the question, if you are interested, I can recommend a book by Ruth Mazo Karras “Sexuality in Medieval Europe. Doing Unto Others”. But this book is a general view. Please, keep in mind that the Middle Ages is a very long period and Europe is a very large place, so you should never assume things were uniform throughout it.
