Leaving Neverland
Directed by Dan Reed
HBO
EXACTLY FIFTY YEARS AGO, five young boys from Gary, Indiana, became pop music sensations. It has always been difficult separating the truth about their origin from myth because Motown Records chief Berry Gordy has always understood that turning artists into legends is not just a musical process but a narrative one as well. As the story goes, he was already jaded about the labor restrictions surrounding his first child star, Stevie Wonder. It was not in the company’s interest to hire more children. But talent scout Suzanne de Passe asked Gordy to give the kids a few minutes of his time. Thanks to footage preserved on YouTube, we can still see what Gordy saw, as a ten-year-old Michael Jackson does an imitation of James Brown that will present you chills.
Now, half a century after their first hit and a decade after Jackson’s death, fans are getting chills once more, this time inspired by a profoundly unflattering HBO documentary, Leaving Neverland. The four-hour study focuses on the lives of Wade Robson and James Safechuck, two men who are now reaching middle age and accuse the singer of hav

In 1979 Tatum O'Neal had persuaded Michael to travel to an after party with her and a limited friends at the guest house of Rod Stewart's Beverly Hills Home.
Rod Stewart however was not the place at the moment.
A lawsuit had been filed regarding reported events that allegedly took place at the same party. According to one published report in the Star Magazine.
Tatum had brought Michael, and a scant other friends to the party, including model-novelist Carole Mallory.
According to the assertions of the complaint filed by Carole Mallory in her lawsuit, Alasdair reported that Tatum tried to convince Michael to include sex with her and Carole Mallory. Mallory and O'Neal were supposed to have made a pact that this evening would be "let's bed Jackson night". Mallory reportedly told O'Neal , "Well if you don't want him, I'll take him darling." To which O'Neal said" Even better, why don't we ask him to decide."
"Come to bed with Carole and me," Buchanan reportedly said Tatum said to Michael.
As the others at the party cheered him on, the reserved Michael stood up

HOW GAY WAS M.J.?
This past June on Gay Movement Day in New York Municipality, a drunk mess of a Pridefest volunteer was going around spreading a rumor, which she absolutely, genuinely believed to be true: that Michael Jackson was confirmed to be the Surprise Guest Artist at the annual Dance on the Pier that year– but he died on June 25th, just three days before the event. This was total bullshit, of course, but it was juicily believable: After all, M.J. was planning a musical return. What better way for a “straight” star to launch their comeback, to earn some much needed “street cred”, and show how oh-so-2009 they are than to come out in support of the GLBT community, especially at one of New York City’s best-kept-secret events?
It seems like Michael Jackson’s sexuality has been a fascination with the media ever since the singer hit puberty. Did he like men? Women? Boys? Or was he asexual, as some claim? Only the bloke in Michael’s mirror knew for sure. Celebrities of all varieties always complain that both their fa
