Why LGBTQ+ people will soon be heading to Orlando. Everything to know about Gay Days 2025

Pride Month is almost here, with the entire month of June dedicated to the celebration and commemoration of lesbian, male lover, bisexual, transgender and other sexualities.

The "Gay Days" event will create its annual go back to Walt Disney World and other Orlando theme parks next week for LGBTQ+ community members and theme park lovers alike.

Here's what to know about the annual Gay gathering in Florida.

What are 'Gay Days' at Disney World?

Gay Days Orlando is where lesbian, gay, bisexual person, transgender and other LGBTQ+ individuals, their families, friends, and supporters go to Walt Disney Earth and other Orlando theme parks

The first Saturday in June is traditionally red shirt day at Magic Kingdom, but there are other red shirt days at diverse parks. Along with days at the theme parks, local hotels and establishments contain events to tag the six-day event.

It should be noted that attendees will need to purchase a regular park ticket to proceed to the theme park events. It is not a separately sold ticket.

Pride Chamber

"Since joining last year, I've thoroughly enjoyed enriching encounters with fellow professionals, forging new friendships, touring our hosts' gorgeous spaces, and encouraging my clients to also join our supportive and engaging Pride Chamber community."

"Our commitment to the chamber is to be a trustworthy pillar for the business growth of all LGBTQ+ and ally members of our community offering reliable support whenever it's called upon, elevating them to new heights of success."

— Brian Bodnarik, Sr. Project Manager, Fast Signs

“Our membership began as a show of help to the people we love and care about, but since joining, we recognize being a member of this chamber is a responsibility.  Business is business and people are people, but the Pride Chamber is about inclusion and ensuring voices are heard, doors are opened, and people… regardless of race, gender, orientation, creed, politics, religion, or anything else that makes us different…The Chamber ensures we are all welcome."

"Our membership goes beyond value.  We are part of something where business gets done, but in a vibrant, supportive, and highly engaged forum."
